Details
A deep cream bouclé roll laid across two rounded oak legs. The seat is soft to the point of looking inflated, and the legs are deliberately heavy underneath it: without that weight the whole thing would drift.
At 45 cm it is proper seat height, and at 35 cm deep it fits at the foot of a bed without stealing the walking space around it.
Two lengths: 100 and 120 cm.

Care
Vacuum on a low setting with an upholstery head. Keep the beater bar off; it pulls the loops. A pulled loop is snipped level with scissors, never pulled out. Blot spills straight away with a clean, dry cloth, working from the outside in. Do not rub. Wipe the oak legs with a barely damp cloth and dry them afterwards. Keep it out of long direct sunlight; a cream bouclé yellows before it fades.
Warranty
Two years, in line with Swiss statutory warranty. Covered: faults in the inner frame, the legs and the upholstery seams. Not covered: normal wear, the padding softening with use, pulled loops from sharp objects, and yellowing in direct sunlight. Write to us through the contact form with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out.

Seat depth of 35 cm with high-resilience foam — deep enough to lounge, supportive enough to sit up in.

What if it arrives damaged?
Inspect the delivery before signing. If anything is wrong, photograph it and contact client services within 48 hours — we will arrange a replacement part, a replacement or a return.

Placing it
Where a chair would be in the way.
At the end of a bed, take the length that stops short of the mattress on both sides rather than matching it exactly. 100 cm suits a 140 cm bed, 120 cm suits a 160 or 180.
In a hallway, leave at least 90 cm of clear floor in front of it so two people can still pass. The seat is 42 cm high, which is normal chair height, so it works for putting on shoes as well as for sitting.
Under a window, keep it off the wall by a few centimetres. The steel base is visible from the side and the gap is what makes it read as furniture rather than as built-in seating.
