Every Maison Laval order is delivered across Switzerland. Standard delivery brings your order to your front door. Carrying it into the room and assembling it is an option you can add, and for anything larger than a two-seater it is the one most people take.
Lead times
Pieces held in stock ship within 5 to 10 working days. Made-to-order pieces take 4 to 6 weeks. The lead time shown on a product page is the one that applies to your order.
What standard delivery includes
Delivery to your address and hand-over at your front door or the entrance of your building. You unpack and position the piece yourself. Delivery is priced by the size of the piece, from around CHF 9 for a small accessory to CHF 119 for a sofa or a large wardrobe. The exact amount for your order is shown at checkout before you pay, and standard delivery is free on orders from CHF 1’500.
Room delivery and assembly
For CHF 99 to CHF 149, depending on the piece, a two-person team carries your order into the room you choose, assembles what needs assembling and takes all the packaging away with them. You add it at checkout. If your address has stairs, a narrow lift or a long carry, this is the option to take.
How it works
- You order. We confirm by email and reserve your piece.
- When the order is ready, our delivery partner contacts you to agree a date and a time window.
- On the day, your order arrives at your door. If you booked room delivery, the team carries it in, assembles it and takes the packaging with them.
Before the day
Measure your doorways, stairwell and lift, and compare them with the dimensions on the product page. The size guide walks through the measurements that matter. If access is tight, tell us in advance. We would rather solve it before the van arrives.
Settling in
Compressed foam and fresh upholstery need a little time. Seats reach their intended shape within one to three days of normal use.
Outside Switzerland
We deliver within Switzerland. For an address in another country, write to us before you order and we will tell you what is possible and what it costs.

Will it fit through my door?
Each module ships in its own package, so the piece does not have to pass through the door in one shape. Package dimensions are listed on every product page. If your narrowest point is under 70 cm, send us the measurement before you order.
Should I book room delivery?
If the piece weighs more than you want to lift, or there are stairs, yes. A sofa module is a two-person carry and a rug can be 30 kg. It also means the packaging leaves with the team instead of filling your hallway.
Can I choose the delivery day?
Yes. We contact you once your order is ready and agree a day and a time window together. Moving a booked slot needs two working days’ notice.
What happens if nobody is home?
Tell us as early as you can and we move the appointment at no cost. If the team arrives and cannot hand the order over, the redelivery is charged at the standard delivery rate for that piece.
