What an order costs, how you pay for it and when it arrives.
Payment methods
Checkout is run by Shopify. Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported, alongside the card and local methods shown at checkout for your country. Card details never reach us and we never store them.
When you are charged
The full amount is taken when you place the order. For a made-to-order piece, that payment is what reserves your production slot.
Currency and VAT
All prices are shown in Swiss francs and include Swiss VAT. Delivery is shown separately at checkout, before you confirm.
Delivery costs
Delivery is priced by the size of the piece, not by the value of the order:
- Small furniture and accessories: CHF 9–29
- A chair or a small side table: CHF 20–39
- A rug or a smaller chest of drawers: CHF 30–59
- A dining table or a bed frame: CHF 49–89
- A sofa or a large wardrobe: CHF 69–119
Standard delivery is free on orders from CHF 1’500. The exact amount for your basket is shown at checkout.
Room delivery and assembly
Optional, CHF 99–149 depending on the piece. A two-person team carries your order into the room you choose, assembles it and removes the packaging. Added at checkout, and charged in addition to standard delivery.
Volume pricing
Larger orders are reduced automatically: 5 % from CHF 300, 7 % from CHF 500 and 10 % from CHF 900. The reduction appears in your basket. There is no code to enter and no sign-up required.
Outside Switzerland
We deliver within Switzerland. For an address in another country, write to us before ordering. Duties and import VAT, where they apply, are payable by the recipient.
Lead times
In stock: 5 to 10 working days. Made to order: 4 to 6 weeks. The lead time on each product page applies to your order. How the delivery day itself works is described under delivery and assembly.
Your receipt
The order confirmation email lists every line, the delivery charge and the VAT included, and serves as your receipt. If you need an invoice in a particular format, ask client services.
The binding contractual terms are the terms and conditions.
Is my payment data safe?
Payments are handled by Shopify and the provider you choose at checkout. Card details never reach us and we never store them.
Do the volume discounts stack with anything else?
They are the only reduction we run, so there is nothing to stack them with. The tier is worked out from your basket total and appears before you reach the payment step.
Is the free-delivery threshold calculated before or after the discount?
After. The CHF 1’500 is measured against what you actually pay for the goods, so a basket close to the line may need a little more in it than the sticker prices suggest. The cart tells you exactly how much is missing.
Can I pay by invoice as a business?
For contract and trade projects, yes. It is arranged through the trade programme rather than the ordinary checkout.
