How it runs
From enquiry to site
-
01
Tell us the project
Type, scale, location and the date the furniture has to be in the building. That last one shapes everything else.
-
02
Specification support
Dimensions, cover options, contract-grade alternatives where a residential cover will not survive the use.
-
03
One delivery, one programme
Consolidated delivery to site, phased where the build needs it, with the same two-person handling.
For architects, interior designers, developers and hospitality projects.
What the programme includes
- A named contact who knows your project rather than a general inbox.
- Project pricing, quoted in writing against the volume and the programme rather than taken from a public discount table.
- Specification support: dimensions, CAD blocks and fabric data for your drawings.
- Fabric and finish samples in project quantities.
- Scheduled and staged delivery, coordinated with your site programme.
Contract use
Pieces intended for commercial or public settings need covers and frames rated for the traffic, and the fire regulations that apply depend on the setting and the canton. We confirm the rating and the compliance position per fabric and per project in writing before you specify. We will not give you a blanket number on a web page for something a building inspector will ask you to evidence.
Applying
Write from the contact page with your practice name, your VAT number and the project type, location and approximate scale. Tell us the date the furniture has to be in the building — that single figure shapes everything else. We reply within two working days.
Terms
Trade orders run on separate terms from consumer orders, including lead times, deposits and cancellation. They are issued with your quote and agreed before the first order, not buried in a link.
Before you specify
Free fabric samples for the specification meeting, and larger reference panels on request. Construction detail is under materials and craft.
Do you supply contract-grade covers?
[CONTRACT COVER RANGE TO CONFIRM] Tell us the setting and the expected use and we will tell you honestly whether a residential cover is appropriate.
Can you hold stock for a phased handover?
Where the programme is agreed in advance, yes. [STORAGE TERMS TO CONFIRM]
Is there a minimum project size?
[MINIMUM PROJECT VALUE TO CONFIRM] Small practices are welcome; the programme is about how we work with you, not only volume.
Can we see samples before specifying?
Yes, and you should. Cover samples are free, and larger reference panels can be arranged for a specification meeting.
