Careers
We are a small team, which means the work is broad and the decisions sit close to the people making them.
The short version
What it is actually like
-
01
Few meetings
Written thinking first. A meeting is what happens when a document has not settled the question.
-
02
Close to the work
The person who chose the material writes the description of it. Nothing is handed to a department to be smoothed over.

Broad roles
A small team means you will do things outside your title. That is the trade, and we say so before you join rather than after.

How we work
Few meetings, written thinking, prototypes over presentations. Everyone spends time with the product and with customers, whatever their role. A small team also means you will do things outside your title. That is the trade, and we say it before you join rather than after.
Open roles
Any open role appears on this page. If nothing is listed below this line, we are not actively hiring, and a speculative note is still the right move.
Speculative applications
We read every one and we reply to every one. Write from the contact page with a short note on the work you want to do here and what you have made. A portfolio, a repository or a project write-up is more useful to us than a cover letter.
Internships
We do not run a formal apprenticeship programme. Internships are arranged case by case, they are paid, and they involve real work rather than shadowing.
How the process runs
A written exchange, one conversation about the work itself, and a short paid piece of real work where the role allows it. No unpaid test projects, and no silence: if the answer is no, you hear it from a person.
How we handle your application
Application data is processed as described in the privacy policy.

Will I hear back if the answer is no?
Yes, and from a person. Silence is not something we do.
